Continuous enrollment

Lions for Life

Recognizing the value of long-term relationships, especially when it comes to education, continuous enrollment allows you to be enrolled through graduation without reapplying or recommiting each year.

Your initial contract will contain the formal agreement where you enroll at Lourdes through your child’s 8th grade graduation. In subsequent years, you will only need to update basic information and pay your annual family fee.

If for any reason you need to opt out for the following year, you will be permitted to do so in January prior to the start of each school year.

How does continuous enrollment work?

  • Tuition rates will be shared in the fall of each year for the next school year.
  • If a family needs to opt-out for the upcoming school year, the withdrawal form in FACTS SIS- Web Forms must be completed in January prior to each school year; otherwise, students will be automatically enrolled for the next school year.
  • FACTS Tuition will continue to bill parents under the same tuition plan, but parents may change their plan selection at any time.
  • The $250 enrollment fee will be invoiced by the business office in February of each year.
  • Families who opt-out during January but later decide to enroll must contact the Admission Office for space availability. A new contract must be completed if space is available.

FAQs about the Admissions Process

Priority registration deadline: December 15

Second round deadline: February 28

Rolling admissions going forward, if space allows.

Tuition is updated annually.  Specific details can be found here.

Affordability for a Catholic education is important to us. Our team at Lourdes works to keep tuition and fees affordable and fair for all families. As such, we have many options available to assist in tuition to accomplish this goal.

Tuition Assistance applications must be completed by March 1 (June 1 for families admitted after that date) in addition to the school application.   We strongly encourage that you complete this as soon as possible while funds are available.

Each student will meet with our teaching team to demonstrate their confident knowledge of basic skills, such as letter recognition, counting, shapes, colors, and sight words. This is really just a low-key way for your child to get to know some of our teachers and vice versa.
