Agya is a parent of two current Lourdes students. Agya has been a short and long-term substitute teacher at Lourdes since fall 2020, and joined the team last year as an Elementary Religion Teacher. Agya has more than ten years of experience teaching Pre-K and 2nd grade in public and private schools in Alabama. Agya has also taught in Nepal, China, and Ecuador.
Agya was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal and is bilingual. She currently lives in Ashland, VA where she attends St. Ann’s Catholic Church. In her spare time, Agya enjoys being with her family, traveling, gardening, playing the mandolin, and running.
