Agya is a current Lourdes parent (a recent Lourdes graduate and current 3rd and 7th graders). She has been a short and long-term substitute teacher at Lourdes since fall 2020, and is excited to join the team. Agya has more than ten years of experience teaching Pre-K and 2nd grade in public and private schools in Alabama. Agya has also taught in Nepal, China, and Ecuador.
Agya was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal and is bilingual. She currently lives in Ashland, VA where she attends St. Ann’s Catholic Church. In her spare time, Agya enjoys being with her family, traveling, gardening, playing the mandolin, and running.
